What should I do before application??

The lenders can pursue you through the courts for up to 6 years after you last paid or acknowledged the defaulted debts.
I would suggest that you make sure you can pay the debts in full if they do decide to pursue you through the courts, because so long as you pay in full within 28 days of the judgment, the CCJ will be removed from the register.
It's unlikely you will receive a CCJ but I would make sure you're prepared. What will your verse be?

That's fine so I think I will leave as is for now and IF they do pursue me when they drop off my report I will pay the debts in full before they affect my credit and therefore my mortgage application 0
