mortgage offer likelihood

Hi
I have had a DIP and submitted full application at beginning of the year. The valuation came back at what we needed it to and when it went to the underwriters they asked for two more documents (proof that we had enough money to pay the rest of our debts and proof that CC is under limit). Both these things have now been submitted. How likely is the mortgage to be declined at this stage? Any idea how long it may take to hear either way?
Im panicking because the remortgage is to consolidate debts and we start being charged eyewatering interest in March
TIA

Theyve asked for extra documents which you have supplied.
They do not ask for extra documents for the sake of it, so I would be pretty confident based on what you have said it will go to offer.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Yes, 156 minutes does not show a lot of patience in relation to a mortgage application.
