  • Can I just ask.......can I redeem this at a counter in a large department store? Or does it actually have to be a specific l'occitane shop? TIA x

  • Excellent, thank you! Tiny samples, but given the 30ml hand cream is selling for £8, it's probably £5 worth of freebie, in a dinky little tin too, so worth the effort.
  • Got mine yesterday. Nice freebie! The price that comes up on the till/receipt is £3.55, although it's evidently designed just for the free offer (it's called "Facebook Hands" on the receipt description) so not sure how they picked that price!

Has anyone been able to claim this without a paper coupon?

I don't have a printer, to use one at an internet caf! I'm looking at £1 plus printing costs. (Before anyone suggests it; my local library constantly has a long queue of people waiting to use the computers-when they are actually open/working and many times school children seem to hog the computers playing games or doing not a lot...the library computers aren't an option!)

I used my phone and read out the code for the sales assistant to put through the till - no need to waste paper :)

Yep, I just handed my phone with the email open to the sales assistant so she could copy the code.
  • Picked up mine from King Street store in Manchester today :)

Did the same on Sunday - not problem. I think the email says you can do this or print off email.
Handy travel size and tin will be useful.

I hope the Newcastle store will have some left at the end of the month.
