Expansys - Can't get a refund without a printer?

I'm assuming there is some physical reason why you're unable to go to a library. So do you not know a single person who has a printer that you could email the form to, ask them to print and either bring it to you or post it? If that really is the case then PM me and I'll send you an email address of mine and I'll print it for you, although I can't guarantee it'll be done before Monday as I'm away for the weekend.0

How about this:- Open MS Paint
- Make a nice big canvas
- Choose the Pen tool and make the line width reasonably thick
- Sign your name nice and slowly and big
- If it looks rubbish, repeat previous steps until it looks reasonable.
- Complete the form they've sent you on the computer
- Copy and paste the signature onto the form and shrink it so it looks right
- Save the whole form as a PDF
- Email them the PDF
- Cross your fingers

Ultimately it is reasonable for them to ask you to sign a document saying you've not received the goods in order to get a refund, and it's in your best interest to be helpful. It's quite unusual for someone to not have access to a printer - it's not far off saying you've not got access to a post box so you can't post the form back.0

Beat me to it ... that's what I was going to suggest. (Or similarly anyway). 0 0
