My boots arrived today. The quality is rubbish, I'm not convinced they're genuine. The heel is suede, but the rest of the boot feels like fabric, it's definitely not suede. The lining doesn't feel like sheepskin either. The zip is stitched to a suede strip then glued to the main leg section & it' s coming apart under very little pressure.

I've compared them to a genuine pair of Uggs, & they don't come close.

They will be going straight back & I would never buy from them again.

Is everyone else happy with the quality?

I totally agree, the boots I received (apart from being too small) were deeply unattractive. I sent them back today and am nearly £12 the poorer. Would not recommend.

I'm not sure if I've just been lucky or others really unlucky, have had four pairs now from this sale ranging from baby's boots to dressy adults and typical normal 'ugg' style. All have been beautifully finished easily equal to my Uggs,a good fit and I'm really pleased with them!

I am pleased with mine too. If they are fake then they have fooled me. I have worn this style of boot ( UGGs - Emus - Just Sheepskin - Jumbucks - Kiwi Sheepskin) for many years & these look and feel equal. They are a slightly more snug fit I agree but not that I would go up a shoe size in them.
