Miss sold pension can I reclaim contributions?

Thanks everyone! I've sifted through the various put downs and ridicule in this thread and have managed to find some helpful advice! It is indeed a TPS pension. I have managed to log in and also sent them a message to see if they can help me figure out what's what.

Perhaps coming on shouting missale was not the best way to approach the issue?

Should be fairly easy to figure out what's what. What does your last benefit statement say?

There were no real put downs.

When you come here ranting and stamping your wee feet when instead you should be happy and jumping with joy, you are going to get a few comments about it.

And you do have a Defined benefit/FS type pension. which is pretty much the best type of pension in the country per pound spent by the employee.

So do you see that shouting you were 'missold' was completely silly?
