I received an email for an order I had paid for which I tried to query with the suppliers. I replied to the email I received asking a question about the order but was sent an automated email back saying they do not respond to emails and I must phone them. At the moment of trying to contact them I had no phone available and could only contact them online, they have an active twitter account so I tried to message there but they are yet to reply.
My question is does a company legally have to provide away for the customer to make contact with the company?

They did, didn't they? You just didn't happen to like the option they offered. Why not just call them later?0

The Companies Act 2006 states that they have to put the registered address on the website. (Unless the law's changed since then...?)
