As someone who started running my own home in 1968 and spent the first 25 years of my life without a fridge, providing that it has been stored correctly and the packaging in intact I would do the look and smell test and eat it if it passed. My organisational skills are usually pretty good, but we do occasionally find a pack of Mozarella that has escaped down the back of the fridge and gone out of date, never suffered any side effects. Obviously be very careful if feeding anyone who is very young, ill, receiving aggressive medical treatment.:DThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0
