I currently pay 5.8% towards my works pension. How do I find what percentage my employer is contributing?

Is this a defined contribution scheme or a defined benefit scheme? If the latter then the amount they contribute is pretty well irrelevant as over time the amount is 'whatever is needed to meet the promised pensions'0 -
