Please, help me to calculate payback of panel .- By "payback" do you mean the amount of money might you receive from FiT payments?
- Is that one panel spread across three houses?
- Are the dimensions 3*4 feet, metres or what?
- Where would the panel be located geographically?
- In what compass direction would it point?
- At what angle to the horizontal would it be mounted?
Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Got to concur with F&N, you're going to have to be a lot more forthcoming with your information because what you've given is very scant to say the least
Another to add to the list:

Hi,
It would also be helpful to know the residential status of the 3 houses. Your main residence is straightforward but there could be tax implications if houses 2 & 3 were let.4kWp (black/black) - Sofar Inverter - SSE(141°) - 30° pitch - North LincsInstalled June 2013 - PVGIS = 3400Sofar ME3000SP Inverter & 5 x Pylontech US2000B Plus & 3 x US2000C Batteries - 19.2kWh0
