1. The competition closes 23.59 on 6 February 2015.
2. There are ten prizes available for ten individual winners. Each prize includes two nights’ accommodation at a pre-allocated Best Western hotel with breakfast and dinner for two people sharing a twin or double room.
3. The prize must be taken by 31 March 2015. The winner may need to be flexible on dates, depending on availability of the allocated hotel.
4. All bookings are subject to Best Western Central Reservations’ promotional room availability. [NB this may differ from room availability for bookings made direct with the hotel].
5. All additional spend (such as bar bills and newspapers) must be paid in full prior to departure. Bookings are not valid over school holidays
6. Travel to and from the hotel is not included. Any tax liability arising from the prize is the winner’s responsibility.
7. Winner’s surname and county are available upon request.
8. Winner will be randomly selected from the database of entries who answered the question correctly.
9. Winner will be notified by email within 5 working days after the closing date, using the email address registered when entering the prize.
10. Entrants must complete the competition form at eastcoast.co.uk to be entered in to the competition. If you do not have access to a computer, we do accept competition entries by post. People entering by post must provide their full name, address and answer to the question. To be in with a chance of winning, the written entry must be posted to Freepost RSRJ-LJCX-GHST, Plymouth, PL4 6AB and arrive by 23.59 on 30 January 2015. East Coast is not responsible for lost or damaged entries.
11. This competition is open to all UK residents.
12. East Coast is not responsible for invalid email addresses being registered on the competition form or postal entries not arriving by 23.59 on 30 January 2015.
13. No purchase is necessary.
