I will be visiting a broker soon but before I go would like to know if the following information allows me to obtain a mortgage I need
I have an apartment with £68000 outstanding and has a consent to let (currently let at £660 a month and mortgage payment is £300. Apartment has only been let from Jan 15. (Apartment was on sale for 2 years but sale fell through)
I have no credit cards or any outstanding finance
Basic salary £22,000
Bonus per annum £8,400 (700 a month)
Overtime per annum approx £6000
I know bonus and overtime are not guaranteed but I have over 12 month payslips with bonus and overtime
Deposit saved £56,000 and I wish to buy a property I have offered on for £200,000. Could any mortgage brokers recommend which lenders take the a higher percentage of bonus and overtime in to consideration and if anyone can recommend brokers in Bradford Area
Many thanks

It is better to regret something you have done than something you haven't.....

I think this is going to be very very tight.
Were not allowed to recommend lenders on here as although they may accept the bonus/OT there might be something else they do not accept.
Personally I would finid your broker and work with them to see what is possible.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
