Hi can moving address 3 times in 3 years hamper mortgage approval. I have been reading up that they like stability. This is all down to me renting then the owner wanted to sell up, so i had to move back to my mums, now im back in renting. Therefore 3 addresses in 3 years. But have been present on electrorol for all 3???? Can this lower my credit score when it comes down to application?

Complete electoral history should be fine. Something you can explain as well.0

Hopefully i can explain myself and not get an automatic decline...0

Bump. Would love some more advice on this issue. Anyone else had experience with multiple adresses?0

Assuming you are using a credit scoring lender, you will deviate from perfect and score fewer points than someone who has lived in the same place for three years.
You can only hope the remainder of your application data is sufficient to get you over the hurdle of a pass.
You can't look at isolated issues. It's the overall quality of the application that determines the outcome.I am a mortgage broker.
