Co-Ownership & Mortgage

Hi

I am currently in the process of buying a property in N.Ireland through the co-ownership scheme.

The property I am purchasing is valued at £140,000 and I can get a garage included for an addtional £8,000.

I have been accepted by co-ownership however they inform me that they cannot fund the garage as it is an optional extra.

My question is will I be able to get the addtional £8,000 added to my Bank share for the purchase. I plan to apply for mortgage with Ulster Bank.

Any help or anyone with any experience of this would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
