CSA if ex takes Additional Paternity Leave APL

Guartie
My ex husband is having a baby with new wife. Up until now he has paid CSA calculated amount for our 2 children & spousal maintenance directly to me following court ruling.
With the new system of shared parental leave coming into force in April 2015 if he becomes the stay at home parent on APL (his wife is the high earner) will be be able to reduce his payments whilst on ASPP?
