google the bailiffs code of conduct,if you are what they class as poor they aren't supposed to harass you , being on incomme related benefits makes you poor in the eyes of a court, tell them you will file a form four against them with immediate effect if they keep being abusive and harassing you

Can they take the car if it's in my mums name? I'm just going to set up the standing order of £20.00 a fortnight and they'll have to stick it. Not like I'm not paying anything. They're the ones refusing to co-operate!
  • Report to FCA.

Ask your bank why payment not transferred. Complaint, stating grief it's caused.

Send letter to Rossendales, with bank response.

Set up payment anyhow, as you say.

Complain to council about unreasonable behaviour of to their appointed skivvies and demand to pay them directly.

Who legally owns it, not just the keeper?

and, no, they can't take you mum's car against your debt. But she may have to prove ownership.

Take it up with the bank - make them make the back payments and provide you with a letter stating that they said it would be honoured and wouldn't (the upside of this is that you'll get money from the bank as compensation!)

Send the letter to the debt company.
