Hi
We are FTB and we need help in choosing a broker. We have had a mortgage declined with natwest after a successful DIP so are now feeling a bit desperate.
Our landlords have put our house up for sale and we need to move out otherwise we wouldn't be looking to buy just this second, as we are well aware we aren't prime candidates.
We are looking for £190k with a gifted £10k deposit, income of £35k plus annual non-taxable pension of £6k and tax credits and child benefit of £4800.
Husband has one settled agreement to pay dated July 2010, and I have one late payment from jan 2011. Other than that we have a credit card which is cleared each month and a loan which is £316pcm.
My husband's AP only appears on equifax and is the reason natwest declined at underwriter stage. Frustratingly we had only checked experian and all was clear on there!
We now realise we need the help of an experienced broker, but have no idea who to approach. Can anyone recommend? I know there are some fab brokers on here, so if you think you can help with this please let me know

This is going to be difficult to place, but not necessarily impossible.
Ensure any broker is suitably experienced

I am sure you aren't. But at just under 95% LTV, a fully gifted deposit, coupled with a little adverse, it would not make me jump for joy!0
