    Seems about right to me

The cut off dates at my work for the next couple of months are the 31st Dec for pay on the 20th Jan, 2nd of Feb for pay on the 20th Feb and 2nd March for the 20th March

Hope this helps but I was able to find the cut of dates on my works intranet does his company have something similar?

A company can set any cutoff date they like for pay.
  • Where I used to work, overtime was nearly always paid the next month so jan o/t paid in feb etc :)
