Nationwide Save To Buy Anyone?

Options
Hi
today we have opened a nationwide save to buy account for homemovers
(our existing mortgage is a nationwide one)
I am a former bankrupt (drops off August 2016)
while dh will be perfect as of april with an old fully satisfied default falling off (six years up)
does having an account like this help with new mortgages
Ive also just opened an aqua card to start building my rating (do have a mortgage and a contract phone running for 8 years no misses on it)
thanks

Having a Nationwide Save To Buy account will allow you to apply for their Save To Buy mortgages, but it won't help you get a mortgage anywhere else.

If the governments Help To Buy scheme was closed down, then Nationwide's Save To Buy mortgage would be one of the few 95% mortgages left.
Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.

As an existing borrower you can have 95% with Nationwide anyway.

not as a nearly out of bankrupt though I am thinking 20% at the least deposit
and we would not qualify for help to buy which is completely my fault, past stupidity haunting me here
