Tesco 4 burner gas BBQ - £84

Portsmouth didn't have any of the AWT BBQs - all BBQ's & heaters they had were still at normal prices.....
Spoke to a suit who said "not until end of August"......will they wait that long?

In newcastle last night these were full price...I didn't check though. That box is just too big to get a price check!?!?!?

Carlisle had 5 in last week at 180 but was told by a nice guy there that they would probably be reduced to 75% off next week as they were taking all the stuff off the shelves. so if yours are full price its probably worth watching the price off them. I went in everyday since last week, even then I was very lucky to get last one.

Unfortunatley I didn't. By the time I got back to the store after work they had sold out (and I realised that I'd got the price wrong - it was £87 not £84:p )

I can't even console you by saying its rubbish, because unfortunately its excellent, best bargain I've ever got from Tesco!

Just mangaged to bag the last 2 at tesco in Prestwich manchester. I rang these last night and was told that they hadn't been reduced, and I asked them to check. When they came back they told me that they hadn't been reduced. So I rang again today and again was told that they hadn't been reduced, to which I replied that they had and that this had been confirmed at head office. The lady put me on hold to get the barcode number from the box and not just look at the price on the card in front of it, and lo and behold when she entered the barcode the price was £87.00.

So if you want one these take it to the till, if it comes up any higher then dont buy it.

Tried this at Watford, Milton Keynes, Bletchley. All showing full price at tills. Is there a head office number we can contact to ask about the issue of difference in price?

I really need one for the forthcoming summer:D

This is strange how some stores are reduced and some not.....

Got from a small store (loudwater) today a 2 burner gas BBQ was £44.97 down to £11.24 :j Unfortunatly I got the last one.

Not seen any more of these on my travels today.

This is the one (still £44.97 on direct) item number: 200-4937
