Haven't found any to be particularly better than another, then again you have to remember that you are the product not the customer!

My OH is in a similar industry to yourself Funkydaddio and found them all pretty pants apart from Hays..... I think there was one guy she has always dealt with called Richard...

I have always found with agencies, you cant just throw a CV at them and expect them to do the rest. you have to keep at them even when you see a job advertised with them....

(on a side note I believe CITI are sucking up a lot of HR folks around Belfast at the moment but I know they can suck the life out of you a bit and they are running a "call centre like" HR system so not everyone's cup of tea..
