Switching pension savings

I would of someone can help with the following question.
I am seriously considering moving my personal pension fund from AXA to a SIPP with iWeb. At the same time I will be rebalancing my portfolio, so removing 5 funds and adding 4 new ones.
So should I make these changes whilst still with AXA or change the ffunds once. I have switched. I am struggling to unravel the potential costs of each option.
Thanks

The platform charge is usually examined each month and the appropriate percentage applied.
As to the transfer, if the transfer will be a cash transfer then it makes no difference. If it is in specie transfer then would it not depend on whether the current funds are available in the new platform and whether either platform charge for fund switches.0
