Virgin Active New T&C's

Hi

I have looked around but can't see a thread on this.

I have been a member with Virgin Active for a while. On teh 5th January they wrote changing two key T&C's

1) Payment will be brought forward to the 1st every month
2) They only have to give 3 days notice for any direct debit changes from the previous 10.

These two changes are not what I signed up to and I wonder if anyone has a view on these or there is anything in the unfair contract terms regulations that says 3 days to change a direct debit is not adequate or fair.
