    Just playing the devil advocate, are you sure you haven't cancelled your account by mistake? Silly question, but it happened the same to me with a similar site.

    Can you go and check in your spam folder if there are any email from VO?

    Thank you ciaccino. I've checked the folder and there is nothing from them.

    Are these connected with them? Like a parent company?
  • I have normal amount of surveys for them but no, they are not good at answering mails. I thought I had a problem with one survey (which I didn't) and sent them mail. Never got a replay.
    By the way several people mentioned to make sure it is co.uk not .com. I visited .com and looks absolutely identical, very easy to be mistaken and it didn't accept my .co.uk credentials.

    I did put in .com once - I think I'm just so worried that I've lost that money!
