  • I signed a month ago. I have 1-2 a day.
  • I'm still getting them on a regular basis.
What came first, the music or the misery?
Did I listen to pop music because I was miserable? Or was I miserable because I listened to pop music?

I have problems from time to time when I stop getting invitations. My account somehow gets flagged as inactive. An e-mail to Isobel normally gets it sorted out.

I have tried to contact them twice and have had no reply. Last Thursday I logged into my account to claim rewards and I got the message 'One John Lewis voucher reward could not be claimed! Panelist''s account is not authorized for voucher redemptions'. I also tried to get Amazon vouchers and got the same message. When I tried to log into my account today it told me 'the email address you've entered could not be found'. I don't understand this as the other day I printed a Reward Statement which lists all the details of my account, one being that I have been a member since 2010.

I don't know what to do as I have a large balance to spend.

Scary! I hope you have it resolved. I am about to cash on V.O. It's usually a reliable survey site.

  • Have you checked in your profile that all data is correct? It sounds like a database error.

Also there is a phone number on their website - never called myself but give it a try.

It is always good to redeem as early as possible I think.
