NHS Pension Query (survivor benefit)

Hi thanks for all your help, can I ask if anybody knows how long it takes to sort out the processing of these benefits (survivor pension and lump sum) as I submitted all paperwork etc in early January and when I called was told by nhs pensions that it had a deadline of 26/01/2015 and the last time I called on 03/02/2015 was told that the calculations were done but are waiting to be checked ? They didn't say what the results of the calculations were.
