By some miracle I've managed a grand total of 13 NSDs in February. Friday was one because OH paid for our takeaway on Friday. And although I wasn't going to count yesterday anyway because it was my birthday I only spent money that was 'allowed' as I'd already accounted for it when I took it out of the bank 2 weeks ago and hadn't spent it yet!NSDs January - 3/8 2017 total - 3
declutter challenge 67/2017
Goodreads Challenge 0/300 -
I've just finished entering all spends for the last week into my spreadsheet, so can now declare I finished on
14 NSDs
missing my target by 1
But I'm not beating myself up over it. I knew 15 would be hard work in a 28 day month, then I hit unexpected repair bills (combi oven, tumble dryer and washing machine), and then I started the process of switching my landline and broadband which meant a payment to the new company on a day I hadn't planned to spend. I would still have scraped in had I not spotted a certain sign in the window of a local charity shop on Saturday though
They'd taken in a collection of rock albums on vinyl, and to me this is one genre of music that sounds much better on vinyl than CD/mp3. I picked up 3 (£9) of those meaning I lost my NSD, so I also picked up 7 DVDs (one of which is a box set of 3, so 9 films in total for £8) and then ordered another film on DVD from Amaz0n (£1.27 incl p&p) which I'd resisted between getting up and heading to the shops
