Simply enter your postcode in box on the entry form below and we'll automatically show you your 3 nearest practices. It might take a few seconds to load the list at busy times. Or, if you'd like to use our locator tool to get a more detailed view, you can do that here: Find your local optician
Once you've found the nearest, just enter the name of the opticians practice into the entry form.
This draw closes at midnight on Sunday 29 March 2015.

Only one entry is allowed per person. Participants should not be an optician, employed by an optician or employed by any company in the ophthalmic industry.
Only UK residents over the age of 13 can apply.
You will be included in the draw on successful submission of a correct entry.
Winners will be notified by email using the contact details supplied in your submission.
If we cannot reach you within 7 days, the prize will be rescinded and redrawn.
The winner's name will be published in the SPECS network email newsletter publication. By participating in the competition you agree that your name (and no other details) can be published in this way.
Participants of the competition will automatically be subscribed to the SPECS network email newsletter. To unsubscribe at any time, please click the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
You details may also be passed to the optician that you have nominated. By participating on the competition you agree that your nominated optician may send you promotional email.
You details will not be supplied to any other party without your prior permission.
The winner must collect their prize from their nearest SPECS network optician. Details for collection will be arranged by SPECS network and the winner will be notified accordingly.
The winner may be asked to participate in a press release photo.
The winner will be selected randomly. The organiser’s decision is final
