Overseas pension

Just returned to UK from six years abroad. I have a pension pot that can be used to reduce the outstanding balance on my UK mortgage. Paperwork needs to be signed for this to happen but NRAM have a policy of not signing forms! Any idea how to break through the nonsense?

What forms are you referring to?0

As you would expect the pension company has paperwork to be completed to enable the transfer of funds. All that is required is for NRAM to sign and return the form. They just won't do it.0

NRAM isn't a pension fund.0
