Living Social problems with!

Has anyone else had problems with Living Social. I have phoned them & been promised a reply with no answer. I have tweeted them twice & emailed them without a reply. Has anyone had similar problems Or managed to get a reply from them.
PS I don't think this site should encourage people to us Living Social when their customer service is so poor!
