Multiple calls from face book comp

I have had three calls today from some sort of insurance company saying i entered a facebook comp and trying to sell me insurance,don't mind the odd one but 3 in one day?

Yes I think so although as soon as I realised I had not won something I said I was not interested and put the phone down,the third time I told them not to phone again the only thing to do with these hard sell people is to put the phone down,used to get lots of Indian call centers but after a few weeks of putting the phone down they seem to have given up It is the price we have to pay for entering comps but of course If I can untick something I usually do so

they asked me to clal them back to confirm my entry i dont think so

It's Accord Life Insurance. I had one last month to supposedly confirm my entry but then they tried really hard to sell me life insurance.

I had another one today to say I didn't win last month (what a surprise :cool:) but that i've automatically been entered for this months. Then they tried again with the hard sell. :mad: I guess I won't be winning this month either. :rotfl:

I was getting tonnes of calls from them just before Christmas but hadn't answered any of them as I had all manner of hassles going on at that point. In the end I answered and she said in order to confirm entry needed to see if they could be of any help blah blah and I told her just to remove my entry as I had no time to speak to her. The genuine shock I got down the phone was quite amusing, I was quite happy to remove my name from an iPad comp that no doubt had thousands of entries if it meant they'd leave me alone at that point in time!! :mad:

I got the call too today and they rang me last month as well :mad:
