Strange email? Did anyone else get?

I believe it's to do with this comp, just got an email which went to spam saying -

Hello I am sending this email as you have entered our bridge naming competition, for the bridge that is currently being built between Baswich and Tixall Road.
I can confirm we are now in the process of choosing a winner of the competition! In order to verify your entry and also make sure you are contactable if you are the winner, could you please let me know your home address and a contact number as soon as possible?
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Did anyone else get this? Or are they just checking to see whether I live in that area, and when they find out I don't they'll disqualify me? Should I reply?

    I also got one and was wondering the same thing regarding the home address. Cannot find any T&C's for clarification :(

    i replied to the email and stated that i could not see the terms and conditions so entered in good faith that it was open to all uk residents.
    Goal --> 2016 Competition Wins 1/12

    I replied. It looked legit to me. I have a horrible feeling that it might be so they can make sure the winning entry is local - but I might be wrong.
