Surprising how having a fatty bum bum makes sitting comfy
Now I find sitting sometimes uncomfortable seeing all paddings gone from my fatty bum bum:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Waiting to see how much our mates lost SSSB
I'll let you know tomorrow if I am any less blobby than last week, Friday is my weigh-in day. I'm still a million miles away from what you have achieved, but I'm trying and I really do hope that I can get to 3 stones before my holiday in May.
What doesn't help is real life. Half term holiday at Pontins next week, Valentines day, wedding anniversary, wife's birthday, sprog 1 birthday, sprog 2 birthday, Easter, parents visiting for a week, long weekend at a Haven caravan park. All this is coming up before our May holiday to Portugal and it is so hard not to indulge when all this is happening.0 -
Good evening, Bubbs just got to say your doing a fantastic job on the no smoking, and tweets great willpower and a great achievement losing so much, and I know what you mean about no padding making sitting uncomfortable I find the bath the worst:o:)The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0

Doritos - mix of 200g and 225g in my store, shelf shows £1.99, 2 for £3.50 on 225g packs and £2.28, 2 for £3.50 on 225g Lightly Salted.
Only 225g lightly salted scans on msl for me, 200g Chilli Heatwave, Tangy Cheese and Cool Original said Item Not Available when scanned.
Haven't bought as so have "a few" but suggests we are having a pack size change again (increasing?) so could be opportunities.

Tricky isn't it? I'm a great one for using all the excuses under the sun as to why I can't diet, and stuff like you've said above can make it really difficult. Unfortunately I love food, and am a real greedy so and so, not a good combination.0 -
