Sainsbury's seems a bit desperate. I still have £4 wys £20 which expires in a couple of days. Got petrol this morning and two till spits, one for 1000 bonus points when I swipe my card by 26th and £8 wys £40 by 28th. I'm thinking that if I spend £40 I might get £12 off and 1000 extra points. Does anyone know if they will overlap please?
I also got a mailing (incompatible with the £4 voucher) giving me 250 bonus points in two different time periods and also telling me about their shop 'n' save promotion, which I can't find on the web. From 15-28 Feb and again from 1-14 March I can spend a total of £40 across any number of shopping trips and will get an £8 money off coupon. Does not say if it is a conditional spend one.
What on earth does one buy in Sainsbury's please, which is not a rip-off?!
There's a promotion to win Nectar points in Sainsburys between today and Saturday. Says you're guaranteed to win something and can win up to £25. I 'won 200 points for each transaction plus i got one after the first to say if i spent a bit more I'd get an extra 800 (which I did on the 2nd). Of course, you can always buy clothing that doesn't fit as the vouchers come through as separate and so won't show on the receipt
It's also working on petrol. If you need to fill up you're better off buying in batches of £20 to get extra every time
It's the first time I've been in Sainsburys for ages and agree that who would shop there normally?0 -

Has the clicksnap offer changed or was I being blind earlier?
You can get £1 back in A or T (redeemable once)
and then as a separate offer you can get £2 back in W or S (redeemable once)
So now you can get 2 bags free with CS and one bag free on CoSApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Thanks for the link. Am from Near Lakeside Essex. The ones I looked at on that site dont seem have guarantees etc, wouldnt want mum to get caught out.
You do need to go look, and collect after the auction, but the savings can be huge, I use the Marchington /Derby/Nottingham auctions

Good morning everyone :hello:
If possible, park somewhere else
I would if I could but I cant except Sunday when its all free :j. We did have a car park that was free after three o'clock in the afternoon but they are building a leisure centre on it now - yes building actually on 2 car parks as they say there is an over capacity of car park places in town - a chicken and egg situation.
In theory you could park on the !!!!!! car park at the other end of town which is free for 2 hours and get the very unsavoury free bus that drops you at the very nasty bus station, even then its a walk to Asda. Or just walking from !!!!!! carpark to sada but it limits how many bags of shopping you can get.
And there again when the leisure centre opens later this year it does not have its own car park and !!!!!! will get fed up of people parking on its car parks and impose time or other restrictions as will the other 2 stores next door to it.
Now you wish you had not asked ....:rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

If you are using Firefox, go to Bookmarks (at the top, where it says Firefox - File - Edit - View - History - Bookmarks, or similar ... might be slightly different on a PC as I'm using a Mac), then Bookmark This Page, second one on drop-down menu.
If you are using Safari, go to Bookmarks (same as in Firefox), then Add Bookmark.
Don't know about Explorer as I don't use it.

Just a quickie. I did a HD at Ts to get delivered yesterday because I got a nice cond spend from them. Can confirm that the Bisol prosecco.....part of the £20 valentines meal deal DOES compare to A £8.99 v £6.00 nothing else in the meal deal compared for me.
I haven't seen the food because I'm not at home but DS1 is not impressed. He says the portions are tiny and 2 x normal finest meal deals are much better value.
Also probably been mentioned but there's a free 1.25l coke on HD just now. Code is around somewhere.....HUKD I think I found it. This gives 55p back on PP

Not sure about this Sarah as Lala thought it best I did not read the books as very badly written;)and am thinking is it all a load of hype like it was in my day with Lady Chatterley's Lover:eek: only a bit more raunchy;)
Lady Chatterley, that brings back memories! Remember school days passing it around, virtually only one page of 'interest' back then though;)
