Womble from yesterday, and it's all about the Chinese/Indian meals/accompaniments.

Wonder whether the 450g meals would compare from M vs A. If so, they may be useful if having to do Match & Mores. Careful that they might be on 2 for £4 in M, although it seems they are straight full price £2.49 at the moment. Assuming a comparison, it will reduce your Match points as well as not getting as much help towards £15 if they are 2 for £4:(.
