A lot of my friends backed out today, even though they said they would come, after I roped them in last week.

My friend is a zumba instructor and has been on a course today to test this out, I think it will become as popular as the zumba when that first started.

I have no co ordination with legs and arms at the same time :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: so being in the dark was just great, because it doesnt matter, as nobody can see if your doing it wrong :rotfl::rotfl:

Just need to buy a whistle and some glow sticks for my next session.
