Had a couple of successes with complaints recently.
Three weeks ago I went to change the (Duracell) batteries in my weather forecaster and one of the batteries had leaked. Complained to Duracell, they asked me to phone them to find out where they were made and to check the weather station was OK, and now have a nice £10 voucher to use on Duracell products.
Same day I grabbed the (Duracell) torch off the shelf to look under the stairs, turned it on and it immediately went off. Batteries were OK so it had to be the "bulb" section of it (LEDs). Again complained to Duracell, was on the phone to them and tried to turn it on again, one of the 5 LEDs came on and then went off. They gave me details for the manufacturers and I now have a new torch coming tooWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
evening all, hope everyone is well.
progress on the heating front 3 rainy days so oh and ds2 both been home and I have pipes every where:) and holes in lots of walls, and radiators, it all needs connecting but looking really good,
hard job as we have 12" solid internal concrete walls, and floor so no where to run pipes easily,0 -

And even better still when they buy 8 different items which means that you are in with a chance of a comparison actually happening and getting something back?
And best of all, when you enter the receipt details on the apg website, you don't get the dreaded 'Not enough items' message' and the following item really does compare A v M as msm says it should..:D
2 x Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream (500ml) £8.90 £4.00

Princes pies showing in my store as 2 for £3, no multis on A.com or msm. There are four flavours, three of which msm claim compare to M. Must buy in twos.
Possible A v M comparison, pay £3, apg £4 v £2.50 returning £1.75.
This is A v M, so be careful, however pies for 62.5p each might be worth a punt for some?
Don't like them _pale_ so wouldn't eat if not healthy eating0 -
