  • I've finally succumbed to the biscuit bonanza even if it does seem a lot of money to tie up on on biscuits!
I picked up a m&m card from the till and scanned it when prompted but it didn't show any points on my receipt, is that normal? I've just registered it online and can't see any points there either but I understand it takes a few hours to update?
T&Cs say "It may take up to 72 hours for points earned to be added to your M&M card", but people are reporting differing (and shorter) times.
But as a precaution you may want to get the points added at CS, as llan has pointed out.

does it have to be reduced at the local store to maintain the PP?

Not necessarily. It has to have the reduced price in the store where your stock is picked. They're not necessarily one and the same, especially if you're collecting from an ex Netto or an A Living, for instance, it will come from a larger store.

Awe thats a shame but I am sure it can be fixed I have been told its a learning curve that once you have sussed the format in which they want it, it is straight forward (not easy)
Its nothing written :) But a set no of photo's which are suppose to tell a story. But it seems my idea of a disaster is poles apart from my tutors :o

Hope I'm wrong but sounds like the card didn't scan properly. If this is the case you could take your receipt and card to customer services next time you go in.

The receipt would still show the points that could have been earned
