Awe thats a shame but I am sure it can be fixed I have been told its a learning curve that once you have sussed the format in which they want it, it is straight forward (not easy)

Ended up going through a manned till (intended to go for SS) and had the nicest SA :j
She took my vouchers and said 'that's a nice total to pay ' then when my next lot of vouchers popped out she said I did really well :rotfl:
Abandoned the rest of my shopping trip as snow started to fall while we were in the store means nothing for dinner tonight but we have plenty of biscuits :rotfl:

I was snowed off too. Although it's bright enough again now.
