No morries near me so I won't be participating in the biccies shop! I am very lucky as cookies are reduced to 10p every time I shop at whoopsie time. Good luck to the rest of the elite with their shops.
Queen of Cheap - good luck with being self-employed. My advise don't go on a sprending spree with your last salary - use it wisely the elite way! Both me and oh are self-employed and have been for a very long time. You never know when work will dry up. Think about personal pension when you earning good money as obviously no pension like you probably had before. Keep every receipt and log your mileage. Good idea to have little notebook in car but if you forget use google maps. Regularly read Reduce you tax bill forum - some very good info on here. Being SE is great in lots of other ways, you can have hols whenever you want them and glitch when it suits you mostly!
Good prices on some hoseasons log cabins using tesco vouchers. 5 days for £240 (less £90 tesco vouchers). Little glitch use hoseasons site not individual cabins site as you can get a third off as opposed to a little less on the other site.

Bought 4.5 summer duvet at tesco direct for £6 as I thought I needed one only to find one in back of wardrobe in stock. So much for money saving!
  • It's a friend's daughter's first birthday this week, and I'm stuck what to give her as a pressie, so I thought she might like a jar of HM blueberry jam; give her a spoon and let her get stuck in:)
:rotfl: don't forget to give her parents a huge pack of wipes to clean up after:)
I've thought very carefully about what you said, Mto2M, so I've made a label to stick on the jar...

Unfortunately I won't be there to help clean up afterwards; what a shame:)

A quick drop in before dashing back to work to report Morries Biccy shop worked for me. Avoided chocolately ones:

Thanks for the APG help everyone :)

LBB as the match and more thing is quite new, it's quite complicated to wrap your head around. I'm not completely sure on the limits etc as it did say 20 but like you said, people have gone over the limit and it has still worked! some people have even got more points than should have which is strange too. It's just annoying they don't show you what your items compared at like sada and tosco do, so we just have to guess lol.

Maybe they will at some point!

I thought the 20 limit was per-basket, well that's how I read it!

    Just back from Morribobs...

    7840 Match points
    7000 More points....

(edit: I now think it was the Ginger Creams not these) I don't think those below are in the 500pt promo (bought 2), as there's no offer on M .com ....SELs are hit and miss anyway so risked it as I thought it was reported as working.

    So... £1 for 16 packets of biscuits :rotfl: (and a £14.84 interest free loan to M ;))

    edit:

I did get 2x Fox's Crunch Ginger Creams 168g as well and these don't seem to have more points on m com either

    edit 2:

Here's what I got, two packets didn't give the more points.
