Thanks Rhos. I believe this lad will be being moved to a different set of classes after half term. DS2 has been having a slight reduction in TA hours, with my agreement. It was to try and encourage him to have a bit more independence. It was the times he was on his own that this lad was saying stuff to him :( So he's back to having a TA with him full time until then.
I do feel a little bad as moving him might just mean that it becomes some other child's problem :( but I can't think of that. It's for the school to deal with his behaviour. I know this lad has his own problems because DS2 says he uses the special needs dept. I asked DS2 what condition he had and he said 'I don't know but it's not autism. He's far too nasty to be autistic' :o :rotfl:

hopefully that will be the end of it then for ds2 so pleased as we all enjoy your storys about him and he is an honorary elite member to me,
know it sounds bad but its your child that you have to put first, you cannot afford to think of others, but hopefully the school will get to the route oif the bullies problems as he must be a very unhappy kid to behave like this :(

Forgot to say, I did a gas and electricity company switch for my Mum today. Saved her nearly £500 a year, and got £30 cashback from Quidco, which has just tracked. Happy :)

I would put a claim in woth council too, hope he took a pic and would have been better if all 3 had got together

He's a sensible lad (been brought up savvy;):D). A guy with a works truck stopped to see if he needed help. and he had a big floodlight and a tape measure. DS took lots of pics, complete with dimensions. He also got the contact details for the other two drivers, and a man who lived just up the road was happy to act as a witness if needed.:j

Are you registered with any mystery shopping agencies PD? Might be something you could do in between other jobs. The pay isn't always great but better than nothing and being in London you should be able to pick up quite a few assignments.
