Hi All
Can i first of all say how inspired i am by some of the threads on here. I want to be debt free. I cant stand having it associated with me but i also seem to have difficulties when it comes to facing it. i would rather ignore this rather than actually doing something about it. as a result i have lots hanging over my head. and i want to fix it so later in life i can be able to do the things i want to do rather than still having problems.
My first task is to find out how much exactly i am in debt. so this starts tonight.
Any body any advice on things to do and ways to improve my credit rating.
With thanks
Keith

I'm not an expert, but get hold of your credit file and see what percentage is on there and what details are on there, get anything removed that is incorrect or not you. I got mine from Experian through topcashb@ck which meant I got cashback for doing so and a 30 day free trial - just remember to cancel it.
Coming on here keeps me focused and having a budget plan, so I know what comes in and out..
You've made the first step by starting a diary.. good luck and don't give it.. it won't happen overnight.. I've been going 7 years at the debt this year!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
