The owner should be reading the contracts before signing them and thus know both the duration he's signed up for and the fees if they want to take a temp perm within that period.
B2B contacts have much less regulation than B2C as people who run businesses are supposed to be big/ugly enough (and intelligent enough) to stand up for themselves and know that you negotiate first then sign not the other way round.0 -
You won't have to pay anything, it's a contract between the agency and your employer so just forget about it.Thinking critically since 1996....0
