Thanks, so 16th or 26th…. that's fine, I'm outstanding a fair bit (£200).

I've emailed re the feedback, copying the email showing it as 'excellent', hopefully it was a typo when they filed it.

I was thinking that too. I submitted a shocking report for one of their bakers jobs expecting it to be savaged by the proofers but not a peep.

You are right 26th, 16th is usually when the jobs go up.

Things you come realise with market force - the worse the report and the slower you are answering proof reads, the less you get. If they think you care, they keep sending them.

I've only ever had feedback by email for Quest. I wouldn't know where to find it on the site ITMS.
