I have been separated from my husband for five years, he was paying the mortgage until 2014 when my youngest daughter turned 18, we then agreed to pay half each but for the last 2 months he has failed to do, I am now getting countless phone calls and letters from the mortgage company asking me to pay the arrears, would I be able to re mortgage on my own
