    Is it not a case of the connection fee gets credited to your 2nd or 3rd bill? (That's the way TT used to do this sort of thing. It'll be tucked away in the T&Cs).

    Because they say it's not valid for existing customers. Even though it says 'all customers', and that picture was taken after logging in and going to the 'checkout',

    Www.ASA.org.uk - OK the ASA are toothless, however they're quite effective at embarrassing companies with misleading promotions like this - send them what you've posted here, they'll champion the case, and talk talk will have to explain themselves or get an embarrassing judgement.

    This is how they did ours when we signed up 9 months ago which will be in the terms you agreed too

    This is a different matter. They've told me I'm not eligible for the free connection, and it's only for new customers.

    Take them to the small claims court.
    It's someone else's fault.
