Missed call

I have had 2 missed calls from parcel force and when I call back they say I have to wait to be called again.
Has this happened to anyone else? Would it be that they are trying to make a delivery?
I am out at work so wouldn't know!

i've never known parcelforce or any courier to phone you twice if trying to make a delivery. usually you get a card and thats it0
