Missed call

I have had 2 missed calls from parcel force and when I call back they say I have to wait to be called again.

Has this happened to anyone else? Would it be that they are trying to make a delivery?

I am out at work so wouldn't know!

I would have thought so. Can't think why else they would be calling...??

i've never known parcelforce or any courier to phone you twice if trying to make a delivery. usually you get a card and thats it

I've never been phoned by a delivery company. Even when customs & excise needed paying.

I've previously been called to confirm my address because the house number was missing from the address on the package.

It was a cold call about setting up an account with them ... got my hopes up there!
