Selling Antique Jewellery in Hampshire?

Hiya,
Probably one that gets asked a lot but I couldn't see anything specifically.
I was left some antique jewellery a few years ago. Some of it is broken and only worth scrap prices. However some pieces are Art Deco with diamonds etc.
The only problem I have at the moment is that everywhere that seems to "buy jewellery" seems to only be looking at the weight etc rather than jewellery as pieces. If that makes sense?
I'm based down in Hampshire and I'm trying to find somewhere that would take them based on what they are as jewellery rather than scrap value. Does anybody have any suggestions?
