The chances of someone on the groceries board of MSE knowing a good florist in Dubai seems slim - you might be better off using Google and reading some reviews? Or even posting on the weddings board in case someone got married in Dubai and researched florists?Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0

When I wanted to do similar, I used Google, found someone who accepted credit card payments and arranged delivery - all online.
You will not get a relevant answer to who is the 'best' florist.0
