First Time Mortgage Plus Loan Help Please

Hi all

Has anybody on here got a mortgage and consolidated a loan on top?? Even if its a managed loan??

Im in a dispute with my bank with it at the moment but if all doesnt work out i just want a mortgage. I am on a good wage and got a good credit history i am affording the loan comfortablely.

Will i have trouble getting a mortgage tho??

any advice would be grateful

    My gross salary is £21000
    My partners is £8000

    She gets child support of £2400 a year off ex partner

    My net take home is £1380 pcm
    My partners is £600 pcm

    My managed loan balance is £16000
    My partner has no debts

    We have funds for deposit

    I pay at the mo £367 pcm a month on my loan.

    I also have credit cards but been told that i would have to worry about consolidating them.Just get them onto on (maybe MBNA) for interest free balance transfer??
